when i got the call it was just another day in the office, but when they explained what had happened and what could have happened it scared the shite out of me as to what some little weasel plonky could do

probably a scam. costing you a fortune to ring the number ring your local police station and quote the ref number and ask what its about

had a call from the police detectives today asking about the attempted arson at one of the properties on monday night, tottaly shocked as it was the first i had heard of it, went straight round to the property to have a disscusion with CID, turns out someone had put a lighter fluid canister and a wd40 canister in the oven and turned it on then left the building, got asked the usual if we had had any bother with any tennants (which we have) and they took statements from everyone and us (me and my boss), anyhoo's came back a few hours later and arrested one of our tennants for attempted arson its lucky we have 10p slot meters in the kitchen, it had ran out before the canisters got to hot and exploded, they tell us it could have caused a hooge fire potentially killing all the occupents in the building as the accelerant would have caused an intense fire, the building is all upto date with the fire regs for himo housing, it would have contained the fire in the kitchen for half hour and the hard wired fire alarm would have alerted the tennants, but as the detective said, it could have been a very different scene if they had blew up we are quite shocked at this cause the only prob with this tennant is that he has stopped paying his rent as he turned into a pisshead

and his mother should have been flogged ryan ferguson has just been charged with the murder of man, now i know of this ryan and he has been nothing but trouble since being a kid, he lives next to one of our properties and i came across him after all our windows were put out about ten years ago (making him eight at the time),he admitted doing it but nothing was done as nothing could be proved (my word, his word, minor and so on), he even tried to put the window through when i was putting in the putty after just being fitted he climbed onto the roof of his local school once to smash the skylights, he went through them and sued the school and won as the school hadnt took the measures to stop him from climbing up their in the first place:rolleyes: he has stolen cars, motorbikes, shoplifted, fought and even glassed someone to steal their mobile phone (got six months for that):rolleyes: now he and his brother have just been charged with murder after trying to steal a hardworking mans TV from his house, they beat and stabbed him to death (alledgedly) i had to have a few words with ryan a few years ago for trying to break into one of our properties and it was just like water off a ducks back to him his mum is a dirty coke head who knocks about with local hardmen and thats how he has gotten away with the petty stuff for so long as no-one dared give him a clip, she is as much to blame for his behaviour as ryan himself and should be locked away aswell i hope they throw the book at this little tw4t as its what he deserves, hope he gets a cell with a nasty sod who gives him what he really deserves, its just a pity some hard working man has had to give his life for ryan to recieve what he should have had a long time ago (a long prison service) sorry for the rant but these things really boil my piss, he used to walk around thinking he was untouchable and could do and take anything he wanted and he is only 18 years old http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/news/4858115.Two_brothers_remanded_over_stabbing_death/
