thing is, the guy that died was a big hard nasty fooker, someone asked him for a friendly arm wrestle and after many times of saying no he decided to say "go on then, for a laugh" a fight broke out and he was dead a simple water fight is dangerous, how many times have we seen "PEACEFULL" demonstrations end in violence if i knew nothing of the water fight and was walking past the park and got "supersoaked" i wouldnt be a happy chappy if you think its all a bit of harmless fun then think again, there will be people there ready for a fight (football-hooligans and so on) someone will be hurt

things like this can easily get out of hand, i know a guy that was stabbed to death over a silly game of arm wrestilng with friends in a pub "just a bit of fun" was dead 20 mins later
