will go and get some new tyres at the weekend and look at lids, will stick to paths and country lanes till i get sorted

the distance im doing now is porbably just a trip to the shops for you lol

think i will go with paisley freight, they want about £20 for delivery, parcels to go want about £75 for the same weights and sizes

im feeling much better already, i wasnt totally unfit as i do a lot of walking with the dog, but i had two weeks off and put a bit of weight on with eating and drinking loads so decided to dust me bike off and realised i really enjoy it, will probably start biking to work, although not just yet as its about 6-7 miles away lol

ive had my bike for a coupe of years, bougt with great intentions and never used it for 2 years lol i only bought that one cause it was half price lol

ive deffo got off road tyres fitted and i can tell when on the road, the routes im taking have more road than off so am gonna change them deffo need a lid

have been going out on my bike over the last week and took it a bit far today only done about 5 miles but my gears have packed in and ive only got two hard gears lol (will repair at the weekend) anyhoos i can barely walk but i feel great getting a bit more of excercise but one thing i noticed, i felt very concious about not wearing a helmet, never as a kid did i feel the need to wear a bash hat but i really was worried about being hit by a car or falling off my bike and hurting my head, so im off to halfrauds at the weekend to pick one out does anyone know what to look out for whilst searching for bash hats??? also my mountain bike has really wide tyres and im sure it is making the bike harder to ride on the road, if you stop peddling the bike slows down really quick and im sure it is down to the tyres being so wide or am i just unfit and thinking that its taking more to pedal lol this is the same as my bike http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Reebok-Apex-Mountain-Bike-/180548188076?pt=UK_Bikes_GL

thing is, i dont know the weight, the guys who are supplying wont cut it out till i know the price of delivery and my boot floor wont have as much attached to it when i take it out

ive sourced a boot floor for my m3 and need a courier to pick it up, only i dont know the weight (can get the size) of the item, who is best to use and what do i need to do, will it have to be boxed or just wrapped up??? anyone done this before and got any links for companys, the item is in bridge end and is coming to sunderland
