ive noticed a lot of sugary drinks kill me in the morn's, a lot of pubs have gone from from redbulls to monster, my jagerbombs with vodka redbulls make me ill now with monster the next day all i can taste is sweet monster and it feels terrible aunt bessy's toad in the hole with a micro beef hotpot for dinner, no one would go to maccy d's for me lol

after a great night and a stinking hangover, whats your best way of sorting yourself out for me its a quick walk with the dog, an apple, plenty of water some junk food from maccy d's and if needs must a good spew i have noticed it takes me a lot longer to pull myself round these days, but that's just me getting old lol how do you do it
