Insanity work out
i thought the same about doing the fitness thing a few times before doing the workouts, but you can injure yourself by trying to do the fit test too much, its also a very good reward doing the fit test after doing the dvds and doing it correctly as it will be easier to do and you will manage more reps its very hard work doing it yourself, always best if you can get someone to do it woth you and get into a routine, maybe one night go to their house then one night yours, breaks the monotonmy (spelling lol) get yourself some running shoes aswell, a 15min run can be just as effective they reckon doing excersises in the morning is best as it gets you metabolism going and as the winter is coming it will help you lose weight as you burn calories keeping warm, have a glass of ice cold water in the morns aswell, your body cools and also burns calories trying to heat up, drink it before having breakfast so your body isnt getting heat from food ive lost 2 stone and its took me 8 months to do it properly, it isnt an ivernight fix but done properly you will reap the benefits and fell greta doing so, i also monitor my weight daily knowing if i put on any pounds and alter diet or excercise accordingly

scam?
my uncle looking for a jag and one popped up and rang alarm bells striaght away, he had seen it on autotrader at 17k, it then popped up on ebay i think he said for 9K as a must sell quick car is in germany (munich to be precise), he was told to put the money into holding for 5 days with ebay, then they will ship the car within that time, if he is happy with it he can release the money to them sounds like a scam to me and im sure ive read on here or another forum where a member was caught out the same way has anyone ever heard of a scam like this, the story goes that they travelled to germany in it and are not coming back so must ship it back, seems dodgy to me and do ebay hold money like that? thoughts? Green things under people's names
You coulr leave feedback, they have their own trading section where you can post your feelings, but no one ever does, but what we dont want is wars on the forum, its a very dodgy area to go into as we are not a trading site, we just allow you to advertise and sell or buy at your own risk, we do try our best to resolve things thiugh

Anyone know of any good ones available, it must be a diesel auto or trip thingy, my unlce is after one and he has been to so many that seem to be dogs he is losing interest, for some reason a lot of these are not cared for very well (maybe a lot are ex company cars) Anything considered if anyone knows of a good one, willing to spend upto about 15k Thanks allan
