  3. thought you might like that bud, its an awesome motor if you youtube philmorrison he is a great drifter, that car sounds simply awesome will link the thread from m3 cutters so you can see the full rebuild
  4. loosely translated to "moved to correct forum" ???
  5. yup, but im not sure what it would do to the clutch, they make a big difference, one of the best mods i did to my zed will make you have a lul in power when pulling away slowly feels a bit like its gonna stall then quickly pick's up, but you deffo benefit from a good launch
  6. ah, no probs, a lot of people think that the e46 has a metal folding roof lol i was never a fan of cabby's till i had drove one
  7. now this must be fun, an m5 engine in an e46, it belongs to phil morrison from trackculture.com http://youtu.be/T10cyk8tHUA turn up your volume
  8. you do know that it is still a fabric convertible with the optional metal hartop for winter use the verts look like this without the hardtop on (usually have a rear bumper lol)
  9. on the M3 site they all moan that verts and coupes are the same, but i reckon not just some people wont say that theirs is slower lol i have beat an impreza sti, but that was higher up the gears not a standing start, would be good to have a go at a standard pratstick off the mark
  10. i suppose on paer they are, depends on the driver
  11. emfree=m3 lol, hellraiser called it that lol
  12. pmsl, yeah mate, the diesel was tubby though lol i reckon round the twistys the m3 may have the edge as you can hang onto the gears without the lag, it is very revvy and a great engine, but straight line i think the zed has it but again my wendyhouse is a bit heavier than coupes so im not sure what a coupe vs zed would be like
  13. thats the prob with the emfree, it takes a lot to get the light to flash and your going that fast you darent look anyway lol
  14. turn the DSC off and they can be a very involving drive (the m3), can be fun and easy to hang the ass out
  15. i hate them, im not keen on the M5 either (the latest one) to me the e46 is a very nice looking car no matter what guise it is in
  16. never been over about 115-120mph in the M3, seems driving about in a shitty astra diesel for a year has calmed me down lol
  17. m6 is one ugly fooker car lol
  18. yeah i knew what ya meant lol, yours is maybe corbon black, they dont stand out at all but they do everything very good you need a blast of an M3 bud
  19. not many M3's round here and the drive is 100% better than the zed it failed the bridge test but TBH the M3 doesnt make me drive quick like the zed did and i have certainly got my head well and truly out of my arse
  20. oh and as strange as its sounds it actually classed as a blue color lol its carbon black schwartz which is actually blue lol
  21. cheers dave's remember mine is a vert not a coupe, just looks coupe with the hardtop on lol differences are bumper's, skirts, front wing's, rear arch's, door mirror's oh and the fook off straight six engine in front lol
  22. mind if i stick a few M3 ics upo then?
