cheers mate .......bit pricy but worth it as i never use 170+ mph anyway will these take about 25 MPH off the top end and about 1 sec of the 60 time ?? traction allowing !! ..... as i am going to stage 3 soon , bigger tubbs 555 and front mount im not sure if it will be over kill or not and unusable for street use in general however it could be hoots of fun :))

if you can get some ..jewelers rouge is fantastic stuff , used to polish out scratches in watch glass and crystal

where from Funky as mine is a little scratched and i want to replace it sorry for hi jacking the thread :)

hi Vijay, bad news mate , i know you are trying your hardest to make it as you want it . some people have no pride in their work . the powder coating on the wheels is usually thicker than paint and even pros like chip foose and OCC have to scrape a little away to get things to fit ..... good luck mate steve

Steve looks like you have blown a fuse on the hazards circuit ( different feed from indicators ) check the fuses in the drivers footwell and the fuses under the bonnet HTH steve

i checked the belts and they all seemed pretty tight no more than half inch play in either direction , is the belt tensioner easy to get to ?? or is it the alternator i have to swing out on its brackets , i supose its a job to be done with plenum pipes removed for access ?? also i noticed when i was in there there are two hoses about 2 inches dia under the passenger side plenum and turbo hose that seem perished , what do these feed ??? as i may as well change them at the same time ........... :rolleyes:

morning fellas and ladies , nothing to do with deliverance ....just when i was home and started my zed there is was a high pitch constant squeel from under the bonnet , that goes louder with revs , then after about two minutes it just stops .........but if i put on the AC or put the car under load it starts again briefly ,then stops car runs and revs and ticks over fine no power loss at all , however the battery has been letting me down of late .... my thoughts are alternator bearing gone or problem in that area .....any ideas people ??? oh dear oh dear ..have we all been eating dreamy soup or something ?? i have a ninja zxr600 and a 1992 300 zxTT stage 2 and it would whup my TT zed any day up to about 140 when wind drag kicks in and teh zed would pull ahead .......must have been a pussy or BAB ( born again biker ) riding the one you were up against ...... :)

Pete ( nippon auto ) will actually come and collect your seats , ;leave you with some substitute zed seats so you can stil drive around while he takes your own away and re covers them for you in any colour you want and he even can have them embroided , i had mine done from him in red and black with a Z logo , he is a top bloke and a true gent ..... steve

Hi guys and girls i am about to fit a Border front mount intercooler ( its a huge beast ) and i know it will cause some air flow problems to the rad , my question is , has anybody ran ducting from the old intercooler intakes to feed extra fresh air to the Rad ?? or can the old stock intercoolers be used as auxilliary water radiators ??.......is there enough room to run pipes for this ......just a thought Steve

its been a long long long cold very cold very very very cold month here in kazakhstan .......but now in 18 hours i wll be sat on a plane heading for gatwick...............YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE cant wait . got lots on .. take the dash pods of for giles to mod with LED's .....get my tubbs and 555's off smithy , ........Polish my FMIC and pipes ..........the clear the loft ready for the conversion to start up there ..............and if i get the gauge pods back in time then i will be going to the joint meet in the zed , :hyper: :hyper:
