  8. In a nutshell no mate not in my 4 years experience! All I had left to do was a dodgy 02 sensor wire and a steering column rubber to replace and now I've just gone and blown the engine :( ........oh and I'd just had my clutch done 2 weeks ago!!
  9. Nice one fella ;) Engine blew mate, simple as that. Temp was fine it just went louder seconds before it went pop :( Thanks mate but unfortunately 300ZX and Cheaply don't go in the same sentence LOL. Looks like a new engine and I'll be changing the turbos too while it's all out ;)
  10. It stopped eventually after losing abs and pas but won't start. Even the dipstick is chewed up in the internals!

  13. Has anyone got any pictures of my car at Japfest actually moving without the aid of a tow truck? If so could you stick them on this thread or e mail them to me at glenn@gqmotors.eclipse.co.uk please :D Thanks for your help yesterday you guys especially T-Pot, PJ and Johnyboy :bow: The car will be back on the road asap and on that track again next year!     PJ if your stuck for a barbecue many supermarket stores are giving away free ones to everyone that can go and collect them. You can get a free BBQ from any of the following stores. · ASDA · Morrisons · Kwik Save · Somerfield · Aldi · Sainsbury · Tesco · Iceland All BBQs come with a higher shelf which can be used for keeping things warm!
