Apart from the electric seats I think thats all standard series 1 UK spec. I'm sure the boffins will correct me on this if I'm wrong
That car is one of my first memories as I was nearly killed in one when I was three! My Dad rolled his on the M4 into a ditch. Not wearing a seat belt saved his life as the roof caved right in and he dived toward the passenger seat. Here's a pic of my old man and the very car -

As soon as I buy a new car I change the timing belt, unless of course I have reciepts showing that it's recently been done, you can't blame the previous owner.
If you've got a standard clutch and are running 14psi it won't last long mate. That'll be your next upgrage me thinks lol

KYB shocks and Eibach springs seem to be one of the most popular set ups for the Zed.

I'd say it was worth between 5-6K with that sort of spec. Unfortunately the car market is very poor at the moment and even worse for Zeds so you may not get near what it's worth if you want a quick sale. Good luck though, it sounds like a good en.

Couldn't agree more. Even though you could see he was dying and was terrifed, he was still a very troubled man. Ar5ehole or not, at least now he finally has some peace.
