  1. Gorgeous looking car that. Just make sure you can get insured on it (ask the dude for the reg no) as if it was an insurance write off there's a possibility it might be difficult to insure it....
  2. Ditto :flowers:
  3. I am 99% teetotal, pretty much guarantees hangover free Sundays lol. Having a 4 yr old early riser has pretty much put a stop to any boozing I ever did - its just not worth it. Means I can spend Sunday morning at the gym too :w00t:
  4. Another vote for the 840 :tt1::tt1:
  5. Yellow slicky n/a manual, VERY pretty any good far ya?! :winkiss:
  6. I know, gutted, got no way of getting there tho :crying:
  7. Doubt I'm gonna be there. Gutted. Story of my life
  8. If she's got any queries tell her to get in touch with me if she wants - I'm a medical secretary but was a waiting list manager in the NHS a few yrs ago too, so lots of experience
  9. Also she'll probably have access to the intranet there where the jobs are first advertised.....
  10. I think any voluntary work will look good on CV, and if Shell's looking to get into that sort of work then that will really help. If she can network a bit, make some contacts then she might find out she is top of the shortlist if she applies for jobs in the hospital - always good if you're already on the inside!
  11. Lol maybe when I retire!!! Bit too old man for me just yet - and I'd need to marry an oil tycoon to run it! nice car tho
  12. They are awesome cars for the money Where do you work?!

  16. Ewwww, fellas! You mingers! Wonder if I'll ever see sommat like that when I'm nursing :glare::pinch:
  17. LOVE Ian Holloway, he's class (said in a gert lush Bristle accent lol)
  18. No need to apologise! All points of view welcome - at the end of the day, any car is only worth what someone is willing to pay on a particular day. Like I said previously, not in a mahhosive rush now I'm not starting a new job in 2 weeks time, I can carry on walking to work and with any luck the car will sell next year and give me enough for a decent daily driver for uni and a small amount of savings. The plan was always to SORN the car over winter anyway, rear wheel drive car, steep driveway, LOTS of snow in the North East, I'd much rather not try it!
  19. Possibly, I pay less than £300 a year with Lynbrook but thats coz I'm old, female, full NCB and its a classic policy so limited mileage. Re the bumber - dunno!! Vodkashots did the initial ad, and he put that bit in (he knows his stuff tho) J
