  1. You're a star, appreciate you taking time out of your weekend to look at the Saab. Which seems a LOT better thank you very much!! And thanks to Alex and Rose too, was great to meet you all. Michael is CLASS, still chuckling at him, bless See you all soon hopefully :w00t:
  2. I make a mean curry or spag bol lol! You're missing out on the cakes, Mikey you're right, they are FULL of sugar - def not for little Michael!
  3. From a woman's perspective, having given birth (just the once) it does take ages to feel sexy again, as your head is full of other priorities, not to mention the sleep deprivation has a huge effect on libido. However as your wife says she doesn't think sex is important in a relationship, that's quite a major deal if you're not on the same wavelength. I'm with the others on this, sex is a huge deal in any relationship - it smooths over the cracks (which all relationships have), and helps the feelings of closeness etc. And its fun! Would your wife consider going to any sort of counselling with you? Because her reaction suggests that even if she hadn't given birth recently, its not very high on her list of priorities. There needs to be compromise on both sides with this one. Hope you can work it out. And when you have time with no-one else around, fgs get some free porn, it'll at least keep your dick where it should be!!!
  4. OMG I laughed so hard I think I peed!!!
  5. I have money you know!!! Nope, otherwise they'd look burnt in the pics, would't they? :chef: hehehehe
  6. Thats no prob, I'll leave a 3 course meal, I might be gone some time :whistling:
  7. No, and they haven't all been sold with issues, I just hated some of em! Thats why Mikey's heping me out, so we have a clear idea of all the problems, then we can decide next move....
  8. Nope Allan, never made a loss on a car yet But the next car we buy is the one we MUST keep thru Uni - this is why I chose a Saab this time, because it has all the whistles and bells and is big enough to be a family car without being a dull MPV etc But in future I will see if my mechanic Phil will come with me :cool2:
  9. Coffee and CAKE! Sounds good to me, put kettle on
  10. Ha, you coming along too?! Mikey, I promise to make fruit free cake!
  11. Thanks guys, Mikey Bean's very kindly agreed to take a look at the Saab tomorrow :cool3: Once we've established the issues, Trading Standards have an independent assessor they can recommend, so I'll see what Mikey finds then take it from there. I'm assuming that on the drive down there, it'll be a long enough drive for the oil pressure and low oil warning lights to come on, so I can get Marc to record it on my camera phone, as the garage say there isn't a fault. Then just need to establish why there is a knocking sound/feedback through the steering and the issue with the gears Best get baking thankyou cakes for Mikey :whistling:
  12. Shame you can't hook it up to some sort of battery to give the little tw@ts a shock if they try to touch it.....
  13. Why not contact the Evening Gazette? I'm sure they'd do a story
  14. You are not my friend and you are not my fellow DJ!!! Lol Sorry to read this, I think you will regret it but I can only speak as someone who loved their Zed, sold it for the right reasons and bitterly regrets it...it'll sell in a heartbeat tho mate
  15. H'away and sh1te man with this selling nonsense. Don't make me come down there and kick yo ass!!!! :2guns: I prefer with the spoiler :whistling:
  16. Ok, we won't be able to join you for the ride as Tash will be with us (she goes to her dad's on a Sunday but is with us rest of week) but we could meet you at Hall Drive and bring some refreshment for you - and some sponsor money? Is there any local media going to be there? J x
  17. Kim when is your actual event? We live very near Acklam and are both cyclists, would join you for part of your ride if you like? Could give you sponsor money in person then
  18. Ha, trust you!!! Presumably his lovely new Mrs tho lol
  19. Ha! Mint place! Went to an oompah night there once and saw Billy Bailey live!
  20. D Incredibly sensible tho Ian, esp with kids to look after. My mate Dean is totally skinting himself modding his MR2 tubby to the point of not eating for days coz all his money gets spent on the car. Doesn't help your frustration levels tho :crying:
  21. PS, re the DVLA inspectors - any idea how one might go about finding one? Did a Google search which hasn't returned anything very helpful Thanks
  22. Good man Ian, glad to read this. Hope you can get it sorted - there'll be loads of people on here who'll be able to help I bet x
  23. Thanks everyone, good advice as per. Will investigate the DVLA inspectors. Will try to get to the Trading Standards office again this week - but its more time out of work, its getting a bit ridiculous now. All very useful tho, thank you :thumbup1:
  24. Ah see if I'd been single, I'd have jumped at the chance lol, I LOVE Wales, miss living there lol! I think there are just so many women who had kids young, with several different men, who just want to go out at the weekend to get away from the kids, get as drunk as they can as fast as they can, and bag a bloke for a one nighter. I hate to admit it but it happens a lot, Middlesbrough is full of em!!!
