Ok so doing something which raises your heart rate and gets your blood flow going would be a start! But also using something to work your hands too, like a squeezy exercise ball/tool thing. Might be worth seeing you gp to rule out Raynaud's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raynaud's_phenomenon

There was no-one behind me and the machine gives you 5 seconds before sucking it back in, but honestly, I suspect its long gone. Sainsbury's where I withdrew the cash said if their CCTV cameras show someone taking the money they'll pass it to the Police but I think I just kissed goodbye to it really.
