Obviously this guy has been made an example of, he admitted the charges and by the post I've just read it states that the Nissan was doing 90mph in appallingly wet conditions and from the newspaper cutting I've also read it was also dark, the Fiesta seems to be doing a simlar thing. We've all taken the big risk with our cars and I think we all know the consequences, The guy with the Nissan has had a bit of bad luck and if his case is as strong as you say he could successfuly appeal against the sentance. The guys in the fiesta are dead and they will stay dead! No appeal...just dead.
