Mine has always been slow to change up whan cold, generally I switch transmission to HOLD position (J Spec only I think) and it pulls away in second. Never a prob at any other time.

Dont always do it but Ive just took it off the road till the spring :(

Hey Jas, believe me the smack in the mouth would be to good for the little 5h1ts, I have some other ideas but we never manage to catch the b45tards.
