Seen my latest thread? Some drunk....erm....person ran into the road straight into the side of my zed last night :(

The wheels? No they are at the refurbishers, but i left the adaptors in the escort :(

I'm going to take a trip to Zedworld tomorrow seeing as its only down the road, but if they have nothing i'll get in touch mate. And cheers for the info on the alloys, will post up a pic when i get them back from the refurbishers :)

Is it black and electric folding? lol And while your here Jim, dont suppose you remember the PCD of those alloys and the size of the adaptors, they were in the Escort :(

Police didnt find him. Looks like its coming out of my pocket, aswel as a bill for the release of the escort if it's found, plus the bill for alloy wheel refurbishment thats currently in progress. Cant claim on the insurance because theres no-one to claim from, and even if there was i wouldnt because i wouldnt be able to afford the insurance if i claimed :(

Not driven, Ran into it crossing the road after his girlfriend. Cant see the damage too well in the dark, but i'm pretty sure theres a small splat of blood on the windscreen where his head hit it. The lad seemed well enough after to get up, shake my hand, apologise, tell me it was his fault, ask if i was ok, then wonder off holding his head.

Can't believe my luck this weekend! First my escort gets nicked, now some drunks ran into the road straight into the front left side of my Zed as i was driving past cov police station! Hi guys, you may have noticed my other post, but my daily drive was stolen last night so i might be a little late to the meet as i have to go buy a new sat nav. Still coming though! Need something to cheer me up now haha

Yes, first time it was stolen was about 6 months ago from outside my house so i started parking it down my drive thinking it would be ok down there, obviously not :( To be honest not too bothered about the car, but it has the spacers/pcd adaptors for the wheels i just bought for the Zed in the boot :( And i left my dads satnav in the glove box because i was going out again this morning :(

My dads Just bought a new summer toy for himself (as if i wont be driving it when he's at work :p) Its an NG GT, based on an Mgb gt roadster. 1.8 Twin carb mgb engine. Thought i'd share it as i think its a beautiful bit of kit :)

I didnt think of trying the Jetwash, think thats probably going to be my next move. Dont want to put them in the washing machine because as Sussex stu said, they are bloody heavy! haha

I have a set of fairlady shagpile mats in my zed but i cant seem to get them clean! I've tried all sorts of interior cleaners and carpet foam cleaners with the old dyson, but nothing seems to get them clean again. I can get most of the dirt out but still have brown patches and what appears to be sand in them. Anybody have any tips on cleaning them? They really let the interior look dirty at the minute :(
