Yes think steve's nearly there with it,spoke to him Wednesday just glad steve found the leak on the water pump god knows want the out come if he hadn't of noticed this, car has been losing water but didn't notice this myself,hopefully get the car back this week so fingers crossed should make this meet:-).

Thought Jeff and yourself might like this Lynda:-}here is a photo of the tyre when shredded size reduction is massive, see photos of larger shred this is from the new large shredder,this then goes to second stage process the (blue machine being loaded with bucket loader) is heavy duty single shaft shredder, this produces 20mm rubber that is de-steeled see photo of smaller product,this is then either granulated smaller 5mm or coloured at this size for lose playground material.

Yes she's not bad they don't come much bigger in size but you can get them with a lot more horse power,some of our competitors have 600 horsepower shedders,she weighs 20tones so its not a small shredder,we needed this size to get the large OTR tyres in the hopper,she well shred six tonnes per hour of OTR tyres,10 per hour of truck tyre(supper singles),and 15 tonnes per hour of car tyre,i am still trying to work out how to put a video up:-{.

Well after six months of waiting we finely get our new shredder in and commissioned,this is a three hundred horsepower twin shaft high torque shredder built for shredding almost anything,we are using it for our OTR tyres we get,some can weigh as much as three tones each,the ones in the picture are only 350 kilos but still takes a lot of power to shred them,we also need a 500 KVA generator to run this because we don't have enough of an electric supply,it will take a while to get our money back as this little lot cost us over £150,000 not cheap but you need the right tools for the job,anyhow i am trying to put a video of it up to so bear with me,just to show how good this is,it could shred a car with the engine block removed so when i get to pissed if with my zed its going in it:lol:,

Opened the garage door looked at it thought haven't got a minute for you and closed it:-(((

Could be up for this Rich just hope it doesn't fall in with the plans for my car:-)

Well like I explained to Noel the guy who delivered it was always in the picture why wouldn't he be? At the end of the day I was the customer who put his car in the hands of others yes? The pictures that took a whie to show up where eventually going to put final nail in someone's coffin witch it did,Noel's knows this,i never singled anyone out in fact I have give the other guy lots of grief over these photos,Noel's work on my car was nothing more than great and I have told him this,and he is trying everything in his power to rectify my other issue that had nothing to do with what he had done,so to some up I haven't singled anyone out I was just dissapointed that the car was damaged in hands of others.

Issue is sorted now happy with the out come,guy who delivered it is paying,so cars in the body shop tomorrow:) i have explained everything to Noel ,Thanks Noel:thumbup:

If like you guys I know ever part of my car and believe me not only was I there when my car was loaded on the car transporter but so was all my staff that work for me,because its a on going joke in my works how much time it spends on a car transporter going down to zed world,nothing was damaged on this car believe me when it left my works.
