  1. Running 467bhp, 502 ft lbs of torque after Noel finished his magic:-) tyres are 245 front 265 35 rear, should be wider but need the arches rolling more as they catch when the car is loaded with weight after being lowered:-(
  2. No mate had continental's on it,but they were very good tyres when new, only stepped out when pushed the power up:-)
  3. Well cars being stripped ready for gearbox coming of to access crank oil seal, while she was on the ramp noticed a lot of rust on the front running gear so started to de- rust ready for painting and some more under seal, also noticed how low the rear tyres are, they haven't been on long so shows with nearly 500 bhp running through them they don't last long :-( so got some nice sticky Pirelli p6000's:-)
  4. There is oil coming from the bell housing on my gear box and running down the length of the gearbox to the back end of it near where the propshaft is,would you agree its the rear crank seal???not a huge leak but does leave a small fifty pence size mark on the floor when she stands.
  5. Hi Andy, yes got details and already been to Howard and basford for a quote should get it tomorrow, but like you say in all these cases it's the inconvenience of it all:-(

  7. Well like i always say,Mondays and Fridays hate them, not good days for me at all….and today just to finish of a craaaaapy day women deliver driver just took the front end of my bema, boll…cks had enough going home :taz::mad2:
  8. Does this mean oil could progress through to the clutch? How would I know? Could it slip? The clutch is a new uprated one so don't want to damage it.
  9. Take it you been busy over the last few days mate? Hope you got things sorted:-)
  10. Well for a few years now noticed oil coming from the back of the engine but very small amount, think it's the crankshaft oil seal! But noticed it's getting worse as there is oil on my garage floor as there never used to be,how bad will this get if it protist and I don't repair it? If I have to repair it is it easier enough to do?
  11. Happy Birthday Jeff have a great day bud:happybday:

Well Paul the guy who works there told me that someone wanted the engine and I think box,and was to collect it last week,So if it's still there I guess he never came back for it,so I will speak to Paul tomoz see if he has herd anything,if not I'm sure he will sell it you:-),myself was after all the front running gear (if it's any good)?
