I have recently changed career after 10 years in the motor trade, I was pretty much everything apart from a mechanic but picking up tips over the years has paid off and I'm quite happy taking engines out and the like (even Z engines :rofl: ) Now I'm totally retraining and turning my back on everything I know, I am now an electrician, or to be precise a controls specialist, mainly dealing with heating controls and wireless comms. and I love it lol.
  10. I know the manual 'box takes 75W90 oil, but my mate from Nissan checked his book and it says that for our cars its now been changed to 80W90 which he has supplied me, will this be ok? :nana2:
  11. I love JDM stickers... unfortunately mines a UK spec, but you can get replica stickers so may have to get some :tongue:
  12. Its simple enough deleting the AIVs, also gets reid of some of that nasty pipework in the engine bay to simplify things too. It says on the 'how to' guide that you cannot remove the tanks without taking the wings off, but you can if you put your mind to it, bit of weight saving whilst you are at it! ;)

  17. good to see the bumper went to a good home. :) I ummed and arred about bidding on it, but not a huge fan of it and decided to save my money. Would look great with a splitter or something to bring it down a little.

  20. theres no screw holding it in - it is just clipped. Be careful though as they will be fairly brittle after all that direct sunlight.
