I place alot of the fault on the media. The media big England up too much! Too much expectation for an average side! Yes they play well at club level (a much higher level than the world cup) but that is because they have a mix of good quality foreign players around them who can do different things! Just wait until the very last minute to send the summons back, also request the photo because you were 'unsure who was driving' etc etc. I done that twice - once when I was 17 and more recently when I was 23. Colour magic

Graham a Toshiba laptop with Vista normally has a recovery partition on the hard drive. When you turn it on (before the windows loading screen) is there an option to press F12 or something? You should be able to get into the recovery console from there and do a fresh install of Vista from the recovery partition. (This does not delete files in My documents etc)
