  1. What are the wheels, where did you get them?
  2. Ooooh... don't get Pete Started on that one!
  3. I am trying to do this at the moment, there are 2 different airbag connectors on the for the 350z, but only one type listed for the 300zx. According to my source at Nissan, both 350z connectors are different.... but... the steering whel for the Navara sport is the same as the 350z and there is only one airbag connector for it. My friend is trying to find out if it will fit. Hope this helps.
  4. dunk300zxtt (very nice guy) has just been helping me fit some UK clocks only to find his are series 1 and mine are series 2. I have done a search and can see people have done the conversion, but no write up to say how it's done. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
  5. Sorry I didn't make myself clear - I dont mean electrical limitations, I mean what do I need to do to make it rev there without the engine going bang! So its the head that that is the limiting part of the engine? The bottom end could cope with 8k rpm?
  6. With some of these big turbos spooling higher up the rev range, what would be involved in raising the redline to 8k rpm? What is it that actually limits the max rpm? is it the strength of the rods or is the limit somewhere else?
  7. the basic kit of bumpers front and rear and wide arch wings/sills comes to eur3075 - but thats without VAT, now I don't know if it's calculated at 17.5% but if it is, thats eur3613 or £2685 without shipping or fitting and painting. I'd say that is quite an expensive kit....
  8. Biltong gets my vote every time!
  9. WOW - that would make 2.5k for kit and thats without delivery!
  10. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/chevrolet-ls1-engine-6-speed-box-vauxhall-pontiac_W0QQitemZ230217390658QQihZ013QQcategoryZ32067QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem I was offered one of these a couple of years ago for nowhere near this price... I should have bought it!
  11. Any idea how much a genuine kit will be? If have spoken to my local bodyshop and they wont fit a copy kit, apparently there is too much risk of distortion when its being painted.
  12. Does any of our traders still supply this? If so how much?
  13. WOOT - glad to see you back, count me in! 1, Bantambunny 2, Stevie007
  14. it comes with the 350z disks can't I use those?
  15. I have been offered a set of 350z brembo gold front and rear brake calipers and disc's , are they the same as the skyline gtr set up that is popular? if not, are they better/worse than the GTR set up?
  16. What tyres are you using?
  17. I wouldn't put my faith in the stock guages...
