  11. I'm confused??? Thought you were selling the Z as you couldn't afford to run it as a daily driver now you're thinking of shelling out over £800 to stick a TT engine in???? You win the lottery last night and not sharing :)

  13. Hi all, I'm after 2 MP3 files of dead air. Just pure silence. One needs to be 5 seconds long and one 10 seconds long. Someone did this for me a while ago but there was a clear audible blip at the beginning and end. I need these so that i can properly space KITT's voice on an MP3 player or other portable device for use in my replica. Any help appreciated :) Cheers Peter
  14. I'm not Grumpy, And just for the record, they may have a new car, but in my eyes it will never be KITT :tt2:
  15. Think the companies act as like an agency and sell it on your behalf for a cut. Don't think they actually buy them from you. Might be worng though Peter

  17. The wench lol. Hope she doesn't have access to the forum or you'll be for it :)
  18. Funnily enough, i've been in the exact situation myself (without the kids) I had a KITT replica many years ago, when i was 18 actually, and after spending a lot of time and money decided to sell. regretted doing it so much i bought another Trans Am and had to start the entire project over again from scratch :(
  19. My we DO have some Al-Co-Holics on here dont we :) Here's the site for AA http://www.alcoholics-anonymous.org.uk/ Peter
  20. I'd say your car is worth whatever you want to sell it for. Check other prices then decide what you yourself feel your car is worth. After all its your car so ask what you want for it and take it from there. Just a thought but since this is happening way to often maybe the threads asking "what is my car worth" should be stopped completely. It always ends up in mods getting involved anyway. Almost every thread asking what the car is worth is really being used to guage interest in their car should they decide to sell. I mean, you don't really need to ask anyone what your car is worth. you check the prices on e-bay, auto trader, piston heads and the other sources then decide what your car is like compared to them, what is the lowest you will take and guage a price somewhere in the middle.
