took car in yesterday afternoon for the dreaded MOT!! Its a 93 t/t. Straight though exhaust NO cats at all. No fog light either except for fronts. and guess what !! passed straight away no probs at all , Bloke doing emmissions said as car is not on the list dont worry about it and just advised to get the fog light done soon !!! How chuffed am I !!!!

id love to cane it mate , but not till ive done the 1k mile run in , as no point spending all that cash and they fookin it up !! so a few nice long leisurely drives and then the real power can be unleashed!!

collected me Zed today from Ztech after the engine rebuild, and she runs lovely !! Gotta run her in now but i can feel and hear the difference easily , and with the decat and the divorced downpipes she sings!! Let alone pick up alot smoother as had the bottom end balanced along with unorthodox underdrive pulley and rps flywheel. Ryans done another top notch job , nice one bud , see u in 500 miles for me 1st oil change !! LOL :dance: :dance: :dance: Also done 100 miles already and only used 1/4 of a tank !!! cant believe it

The missus and kids have gone away for a week -i had forgotten what peace and quiet sounded like, i cant believe it !! can life get any better !! :rofl: :rofl: Now what to do for the week ????...hmmmmmmmmmm

i get about 160-170 to a tank booting it and about 200 - 230 if i dont !!

just got a set of uk dials to go on me import and looking for a thread on changing them over also anything on putting the milage to match up with the milage of the car , as these dials have done alot more. Also i take it i just remove the speedo converter from the old set and bin it ?? any help appreciated cheers in advance

i got the divorced downpipes bud and d-cat also from ryan , excellent choice !!! like chunk said ryan will put the 02 sensors back in and u wont have any probs

heres a tip - dont buy one !! - but if u are make sure the head gasket is ok as i had one for a while and no signs of any problems then head gasket went on me for no reason at 45k miles!! i wasnt impressed , but just make sure u get it thoroughly checked over bud. ( dunno if that helped much) .

i bored at work bud !! lol , I know they arnt the same thing !!!!! but i was looking at the Merc SLR and though that would be good on a zed , the spoiler lifts up causing a heavy downforce on the back enabling to stop quicker.. heard theres 3 reason for the air brake/spoiler . 1. The car will be more stabile during braking because off the greater down force created at the rear 2. The car can transform more braking power to the rear due to the same reason 3. this devise will increase the wind resistant of the car and contribute to the braking
