How expensive can they be !! i asked myself. The missus has been going on about getting one for ages so we went out today to have a look at some . Got to a pet place where they had loads. How much i asked them..well the baby ones ( 2-4 years old) are £130 ish..Ok i thought, not too bad...then he said u will need a tank for it and a heater , A UV light ect ect...worked it out and it was gonna cost £400-450 inc the tortoise!!! YES !! I said £450 !!!!!! for a bloody tortoise that dosent even do anything anyway.

deffo agree , up by my work there is a police compund and over time ive seen police marked escort cossie's , impreza's , x5's , m3's ...so they obviously like there fast cars as well as spending far too much on them, i also think its an image thing for them !!
