Anyone recommend a place to get my 18" wheels refurbished , Preferably somewhere that will pick up and drop off . and dont want to use spit and polish if anyone thinks of them..cheers..and preferably neaish to me in surrey / london border... Also anyone know of rough price ..most seem to say about £50 ish. Cheers in advance everyone.

they are skimming to discs to make them 100% true and then machining and balancing each one. and yes they are all used but have only done very few miles by the looks as there is hardly any lip at all.

just took all 4 of my r34 discs into a local engineering shop as wanted them skimmed b4 i put them and the calipers on me zed. They looked almost as new with hardly any wear , but i wanted to get them skimmed and balanced to be on the safe side . They charging me £20 each..sounds good to me but wondered if anyone else has had it done and a price they paid ??

well i deffo will , id loose shite loads if i ever sold her , so if worst came to worst , id just garage her up but she aint goin nowhere !! Plus the fact in 5 years there will probably be very very few left so prices should go up again !!

i use to pay £550 fully comp , now ive declared all the mods ive had ( and there is shite loads ) now pay £1500 but thats with a guarenteed minimum value of £15k if i write it off and a replacement on a like to like basis in the event of an accident !! So dam good i think !!!

rather leave her at home or in the garage than run on 95 !!!
