yeah bought penertrating oil today and gave them a good soak a little while ago so will give it another bash 2morrow and if still no joy then i will try your guys suggestions. Ha no new bonnet yet, i have a very long list for required parts. as you can see from my profile pic im going for the american muscle look :lol:

Just curious if anyone has any special way to loosen them up! really need to get the new back box on and could not get them off today.

yeah checked the oil and its still red in colour, there is a jerk from 1st to second when cold but okay once warm.

so i took it for a good drive today and yesterday and yesterday and when i put it into reverse and did not touch accelerator it just almost died and bounced back up but today it stalled? also noticed today that it was hesitant when slowing right down on a slight hill to overtake a push bike.only for a second but still cant be right?

thanks for the replys guys, i am gonna take it for a drive 2morrow and see if it will stall if i dont touch the accelerator.

So my n/a auto every so often when selecting reverse it tries to die on me but once i blip the throttle its fine? very annoying as touching the acclerator when trying to squeeze into tight spaces sends it flying ! I have it booked in for a trans oil change next week so hoping it might help? any ideas? also any one got a standard exhaust for sale or cheap aftermarket one? mine is blowing and getting worse. aint got loads to spend as i am doing the breaks aswell this month. many thanks jay

hi guys got me self a 300 non turbo yesterday been looking for a while and decided to bite the bullit. had quite a few jap cars, mitsubishi fto toyota mr2 turbo nissan 200sx toyota celica st182 honda crx toyota ceica gt4. I have to admit it pulls like a train! and the sound of the v6 with an aftermarket exhaust is amazing! i wont get bored of the people stopping and looking thats for sure! anywho im 25 from suffolk. also how do i put up pics? there is no option to add images from the computer only from the net?? apologies if im being slow
