  2. we getting the english one nxt. Alfie our current one is a english/bull cross looks more english though but hasn't got the size of one he only ways around 9st also a rescue dog some old geezer (in his 90's :shock: ) had him from a pup till about 2yr old. Great bark and presence but soft as shite. Had wolfhounds before him, huge things one of them was 36inch to his shoulder lol

  8. :dance: :dance: :dance: no more code34 chopped the wire from pin 23 put in resistor connected other end to earth reset ecu went for a spin. check with datascan code 55 :shock: but get code 54 flash up sometimes auto trans??? car is a manual will this affect anything ie fueling timing etc like code 34?? just seen a kink in a pipe that connect up boost controller so pipes of an renewed an hopefully all ok :cool:

  14. What do you mean by chip problem bud?? faulty?? Chip is a SE one Going to double check everything tomorrow again :smash:

What a ****ing nightmare this is turning out to be :cry: checked double checked triple checked if got the right wire on ECU spliced into it connected other end to earth reconnected battery reset ecu with datascan started up Code 34 :cry: :cry: :cry: Attached a pic of wire used, can anyone verify its the right one :rolleyes:
  18. tried that but still get 34 so thinking the wiring might be damaged so tried at ecu :( does the plug need to be disconnected???
  19. had a quick try of this earlier myself can anyone tell me where Ive gone wrong??? First of all dissconnected battery, then splice one end of 1meg ohm resister too pin 23 (if your looking down at ecu 3rd pin too the right of the bolt top row dirty white colour??) the other end earthed to body work. reconnected all up ignition on an reset ecu with datascan started engine code 34 :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal :mad: do I need to leave battery off for longer or will the datascan reset it ok Dohh didnt drive car to see if was boosting ok :headvswal :headvswal any help appreciated :bow:

  22. :slap: lol right just to confirm this splice into pin 23/wire on the harness side just after connector to ecu, one end of resistor spliced to 23 other end to earth ;)
  23. cheers not to good at this lol so would you solder it to the ecu pin :confused: or could you just take out the wire from the connection block and attach there :confused: cheers
  24. has anyone a diagram or instructions on how to do this at the ecu end?? have tried the resistor mod but still get code 34 so might try this if anyone can help cheers
