  1. let me know how you get on please bud as have the same prob but different cylinder. have also changed everything, plugs, ptu etc so down to a broken wire somewhere. cheers

  3. you will find there are more than 17 episodes in season 1 thats just were it took a break in the states 23 episodes in season 1 ;)

  7. have disconnected the battery so will be off over night. havent just had this fitted has been on the zed for years cheers guys
  8. got a toad alarm/immobiliser fitted now this is not responding so the zed is lifeless :confused: battery ok lights work etc have checked the fob all ok normally I have to press the fob for the ignition to come on but get nothing :confused: any ideas guys cheers

  10. you want to be careful bud, This is my profesion (hgv driver) I mainly carry chemicals in liquid form up to 44tonne. These tanks have no baffles so you get a swell which when braking keeps pushing you forward like the brakes arent even applied!

Just a couple of questions if anyone can help :confused: Had the old fellas car while he was on his jolly's in Austrailia, Citroen C8 2.0 petrol. first of all running temp by the gauge is 95 all the time rises above this and fan cuts in back down to 95. Too me this is running to hot :confused: Second covered 450mile on £70 of fuel again to me seems a little excessive as my zed prob uses less. Anyway when the old fella got back told him about this and he had it booked in today at the citroen dealership he bought it from. When he picked it up he was told that there is nothing wrong with the fuel consumption and that 98c was the normal running temp for the car. Dont believe this at all Any comments welcome :D Car is a 56 reg and has covered 4,000miles cheers

  16. just thought I'd check again with datascan and code 21 shows again have swapped ptu before but for another series 1. Am I better off just getting a series 2???
  17. can only get a reading on 2 of the wires but the other connectors are the same?? all other cylinders spark except this 1???
  18. can anybody tell me what values I need to check for on the connection to the coil pack as I still have no spark on one off the cylinders have changed the following PTU (to a known working one) plugs broken coilpack connector (the cylinder thats got no spark) just wanting to know what the 3 values are so can check against the other coilpacks cheers guys

  20. have just cut back the protective piping around the connector a fair bit and the wiring seems to be new??? awaiting my new plug to arrive so I can try that, if that fails I'll have to try an trace the wires :headvswal
