looks like it could work mate...your going to hate me for this but i would have used household sink waste pipe for the intial fabrication (the solvent type) as it would of been a lot easir and you could of got a wide selection of radius bends;) fair play to you mate its a great project and i wish you luck bud

ive had 4 micras in my time and can hold my hand on my heart and tell you i never spent a single penny apart from consumables...tires,oil ect and i even seized one up with no oil once let it cool down filled it with oil and had it another 12 months with only 1 noisey cam lobe from the seizure:shock:
