  5. ive fitted a few f/g bumpers in my time on zeds and not once did i not have to get a file out to fettle the fit..common problem is like yours the inside corners need digging down a bit to pull it in. better doing the prep work now before its painted. btw..that does look a paticular bad fit in the pics mate

  9. i buy and sell/repair machines and tools as a paying hobbie mate and ime making a couple of cast iron pullys out of old bench lifting wieghts for a compresser that i have..:yes:
  10. its an old english mill/drill jobbie but the head and quill is solid with no rattles or chatter,bench mounted about 4 ft high,using a collet chuck and flute number ive no idea..ime hand feeding too since it was pulling into the cutter and i had no controll
  11. ahh cheers Gaz...thought ide mill fast so as not to snag like you said as when i used the slow speed it was dragging it into the cutter:mad2: maybe a was going a bit deep mate..ok ile try your advice,will a fly cutter with a piece of carbide be ok??
  12. Gary ime in the middle of milling some cast iron and it keeps taking the edge off my end mills:sad:..do i mill fast or slow and do i mill it dry or wet??? whats the given method bud as ime running out of end mills:mad2:

  17. should think this is going to be the best out there then with the age and such low miles and ideal for a serious Z32 collector but at 25k this could be a a tad too much for a 2000 nissan imho...money no object then yes but for a drivable zed then its very expensive:sad:
