its a virus mate, loads of them around atm look like they came from microsoft.

lol :D I can understand why they put these bra's on if there is a big problem with stone chips. But you would think they would take them off for shows and the like but they dont! Also they could at least make them colour coded!

what you need to do is get a multimeter, disconnect the positive terminal from the battery, and put the multimeter between the battery and the terminal and put it on current, i cant remember exactly what is acceptable curent flow, but i think its about half an amp. If there is more than this flowing, then you have something which is causing excess drain. To find out what it is, pull out each fuse in turn until the current returns to normal, and you have found the problem.

the auxiliary fan cuts in when it gets REALLY hot for some extra cooling. I think it also comes on at a lower temp if the a/c is on. Its only a small pathetic thing though so I wouldnt expect miracles. You will probably be able to pick up a fan assembly cheaply from andyz.

do a search, this has been discussed a few times before. The story goes pretty much like everybody who fitted an electric fan put the viscous coupled one back on. I dont see why you would want to remove the fan anyway? Its obvious that no electric fan is ever going to be as powerful as the mechanical one, and if it was then it would drain more power through the alternator to drive it than the mechanical one uses anyway. Believe it or not, there is a reason nissan put it there in the first place ;)

boot space in a zed is not bad at all. Can easily get a weeks shopping in the back with space to spare. Id say theres probably little difference in actual volume from the 2+2 to the 2 seater, the 2 seater's boot is much deeper than the 2+2.

didnt this time, but the time before, it had a real hard time trying to start, it started and died, then to restart it I had to turn it over for about 5 seconds before it fired. Ill check the water sensor, I covered it in water the other day washing the water pipes :eek:. I need a new clip for it, atm its hooked up with spade connectors and a load of white gunk and half a roll of eletrical tape :(

Hey, I have a problem with the zed not starting right. It will start, but will run as rough as a dog at about 250rpm for 2 or 3 seconds, then the revs will rise to the normal 1300 or so. btw this only happens when starting from cold. Any ideas what it could be? Could it be that the idle valve is adjusted too low? Thanks

the auto cams are different. People who have converted to manual always say its better than a genuine manual car. I read something the other day which I dont really understand but anmyways it said that on the auto the intake cams are 240 degrees and the exhaust are 248 degrees, but in the manual they are both 248. Maybe you can make sense of it ;)
