I've drained the old oil and filled up with fresh g/box oil MT80 I think?! about 3 litres Its likely to be a clutch clearence problem, but why :confused:

I haven't actually mesured the fork travel but obviously seen it move. How long should it be? The synchro's, they not gonna be worn on all gears are they?! thats very unlikely I think.

As some of you know I've just finished an auto to manual conversion, now its all completed, I have a bit of a problem engaging ALL gears. Thing is, if I drive the car slowly I have no problems at all, no grinding and engaging any gear is fine. But if you try to give it a bit of a right foot it will grind into all gears, even 5th. I've bled the system twice and there is no air there, tried adjusting the clutch pedal, still no luck. Some one suggested that pressure plate might be a bit weak, I know that the friction plate was changed very recently. What else could it be? bent fork.
