I am currently using Norton 2008 (and have always previously used Norton products and been happy with them) and my subscription is about to expire. I was considering either renewing the 2008 subscription or upgrading to their 360 v2 product. I have read quite a few reviews of the version 1 of the 360 product and how it slows your PC down - I assume v2 has taken care of these problems. My PC is already a bit slower when booting up or shutting down using 2008. What experience of Norton do people have or which other Internet security / anti virus software do people recommend ? Bsically to sum up...I am using XP, I am about to change to a wireless network and I want internet security / anti-virus software that will give adequate protection, but will not kill the processing time of my PC !
