i find taking the fuse out of the small fuse box on the drivers side of the engine bay tends to have the same effect, not many thieving gits going to be carrying one of them 30amp fuses around in there pocket lol

my daughter is awesome mate, me and the ex where having a convo the otherday when she finally decided to come and see the kids, and my daughter stood in between us, one arm with palm facing me, one facing her mum, and going "calm down, just clam down" wasnt even shouting or anything. She tells me to slow down when doing 30 in a 30 zone, and woke up the other night to tell me my 300zx video was too loud? lol she already knows how to turn the bloody oven on and get everything out of the freezer to make dinner. so I've had to put a stair gate up infront of it. shes just to cheeky and wants to learn all the time. she can already complete a 9 piece jigsaw puzzle on the iphone (handy manny) oh and she helped back the chairs away at JAE, even though she could hardly lift one lol

yeah i know, i was messing about, i still don't think it suits the car though. *off topic* yowser I'm so tempted to photoshop a front bumper onto your sig lol

Took the kids down to the car today, so i could clean it out and also get my drivers side wheel, some what straight. Anyway, daughter is in the drivers seat and im working away, after, i decided that the roof needed to come off the car as the sun was out, while i cleaned it, then gave her a little start. while shes sat there on tick over, and im going around the car making sure all my bulbs are working, i hear my daughter "bruuuuum brummmmm", so i pop my head round the tail gate to see my daughter sitting in the drivers seat, steering wheel in hand, cant see over the horn button, realising the car is still running, i turned the key and took them out. only for her to turn around and go "oooh no, daddy car broken" she then reached into the arm rest and grabbed a spanner out and went "its ok daddy, ill fix it" lol Bless her, shes not even 3 yet, i have the feeling im going to have a mechanic and 300zx specialist by the time shes 20.

he was most likely on the phone or something at the time, not sure how you miss a parked car at the side of the road with hazard lights on, unless your not paying attention. So good on you, one of my dear friends got rear ended when she was on the m40 with her hazard lights on, broken down, unfortunately she didnt survive the impact.

i was out at my zed today, sorting out my crooked back wheel from when i replaced the hicas arm, its now driving straight and true, but will get the tracking done again properly as i was going by line of sight. But had the targas off once id finished cleaning all the kids toys out of her. cant wait for the weather to heat up, green leaves on the trees and the sun out. should be a good summer if it carrys on like this.

i have a working one on my breaker, its a black box that sits inside the drivers side door card

Im not a fan of the 99spec either, agreed that i do not think it actually suits the rear end of the car. i dont like the high level spoilers either. The best spoiler for the 300zx ive ever seen is the 89spec OEM that originally it came with. As for that vailside spoiler, sorry but it just doesnt do it for me either. not sure what the designers where thinking when they thought that it looked good. but the sides dont hug the car, and the rear looks like its just a over hang and looks out of place. Agreed with Andy, that the only reason the car in the pictures looks good, is its choice of wheels and how well they fill the arches. Each to there own though, but for £800, id get someone to make something for me.

As above, cant remember what type it is, is it H1 or H3? need to know as Artztogo needs to get the correct one. he has a japspec, i know about the H3 mod, but would rather just get the correct hid kit straight off.

Det sensor wouldn't cause the engine not to start, but would pop the code up. I'm just wondering, as the det sensor is giving an error; is it even plugged in? if not are you sure you havent plugged something else into the wrong connector?. as the det sensor shares the same type of connection as other things in the engine bay.

Are you getting a spark at the plugs? Are you getting fuel to the injectors? What PTU do you have? Have you cleaned all contacts? Is the timing correct? Have you cleaned the CAS connectors?
