  2. mate, it looks stunning already.... we have the same bumpers, the same wheels, and quite possible the same skirts... your going to put me to shame :blushing::blushing: but i cannot wait to see it finished .... oh and upon further inspection... the same exhaust!!! you obviously have great taste :thumbup1:
  3. £300!!!! that is a steal
  4. drivers side, and you will need a funnel.
  5. I dont think its about the legality issues or ebay protection etc as mentioned by others. I would ask the garage bout the tyres, I'd explain that i sold them for less than £50 for the set and that they had been running on my car and see what they have to say. I'd look at the pics he sent me and see if they do look knackered. Then i would ask the guy who bought them what he did when he looked over them upon pickup, and what did he expect for £46. I would take into account that he would have left feedback before he went to get them fitted, and the fact that he had taken photos, got the garage to back his arguement and that he'd offered to bring them back. Finally I'd ask myself what i wanted to do? Two valid arguements really; on one hand he did look them over, hand over the dosh and give you good feedback, job done. On the other hand, if they are knackered and you sold him a dud set (knowingly or not) i guess the question is: Do you have a moral responsibility to ensure that someone else should not lose out due to your original misfortune of having dud tyres on your zed? S'up to you really mate, like i said you could argue a pretty good case from either side of the fence.
  6. I've never been one to do what i'm told :nono:
  7. errr.... fascist groove thang?
  8. Mate, i love em, my best mate had one when i was a kid, he used to beat my mk2 gti 16v. i very nearly bought one as a daily drive about 3 or 4 months ago, but i just couldn't bring myself to get rid of the rocco. Proper fun little go-kart mate.
  9. nice! i know what your having for dinner tonight then!
  10. Mate that is great news to hear they offered you the job.... but a 3 month rolling contract... hmmm not too much security though. Any chance of negotiating a better contract length? If it is a massive payrise, perhaps talk about a 6 or 12 month contract but at a lower rate (as it woudl still be a pay rise) Nice to be in demand though eh?
  11. Very underrated car in my opinion, my mate had one and it was fully loaded, really comfy lazy cruiser.
  12. :duffer:Happy Birthday :duffer:
  13. NOw that bit i have to disagree with, i think that the interior of the zed is much nicer - just a shame bout the tweed!
  14. I too hope that it went well mate. :thumbup1:
  15. i love the GTO - i love the aggressive lines. Wouldn't swap the zed for one though!

  18. Did you beat a scooby? I only ask as one of the kids i work with came in today saying that he saw the same car as mine (black zed) smoke a scooby and he had now found respect for the zeds!! nicely represented.
  19. hello mate. Any pics? I just love the s13
  20. Calm down Louis.
  21. :duffer:Happy Birthday :duffer:
  22. 360... very respectable mate, well done, get the dyno sheet and get your name on the leaderboards.
