Buy some MDF then cut it over size of the hole in the zed, then cut a hole to fit the new speaker. Mount the MDF in the car then the speaker to the MDF. Bit of a job but worth doing for a better sound. I have just taken mine out of my zed the person that fitted them just drilled new holes in the metal and left a bit gap all round and they sounded crap. Now I have put them in the right way the sound is so much better.

Had a brake from laying under the car today, so I gave the old girl a polish to give me more hart to get her on the road. Oh the bumper needs paint and the garage needs cleaning!!!!!

Best off getting a full set from one of the traders. I think mine was about £70 The hoses do have stuff in them.

1st pic you have the hanging mounts missing 2nd the little pipe next to the cap goes to the overflow bottle 3rd Just cap it off or use it for your boost gauge.
