Ok done my readings all the plugs are reading the same about 14 volts. so all 6 plugs look like they are working but when you plug the coil pack to the plug at the front drivers side you get no spark. cleaned up all the connections and made sure they are all tight but still nothing.

All coil plugs are working and spark. But will not spark in the front drivers.

done the old screwdriver to ear on the injectors. Just need to know why only one coil pack is getting very hot in seconds? cant touch thing its that hot. Will check that it is sparking now.

Just put a new PTU on and all the injectors working fine.. Where does it get its earth from?

Hiya Guys Well the zed is running on 5. The front driver side coil pack is not working and when you start the car it gets hot in seconds. Could this be a bad earth? Any help please.

You have it in the wrong plug. Dat only has 2 pins the 2nd pic the lead in your hand.
