hi and welcome, the solid is called the slick top and is only available as a short wheel base. lighter and more ridged. targa is in the short or long wheel base tt or n/a models imo i love the targa's if only we had some sun to get them off graeme

yeah that what i was on about too mate. the engine oil cooler is a small rad infront of the air con rad. the tank fastened to the water rad is for the auto box hth

yeah wheel comes off easy, if you got standard wheel go to thislink post No.3

remove the rubber from above the bulk head where the bonet rest's to let some air flow through

if there has not been an after market cooler put on, then they have a cooler built onto the rad. as you look at the engine from the front to the right on the rad you'll see a small pipe attached to the back of the rad at the top. that is where the cooler is.hth graeme
