I need someone who knows how to fit / remove boost controllers and is prepared to come to me to remove mine. I'll gladly give some monies for your troubles and I would also give you first refusal on the controller. It's a Blitz colour boost controller and in perfect working order. I plan to sell the Z early next year and I know I won't get any extra for the car with it still on it. I am looking for £300 for it, cost £500 new. I await to here from someone!

Check the caselaw of Wadsworth v. Gillespie - this is different circumstances but does relate to misleading signals. This may show she had some contributary negligence however you would still be blamed for majority of cause of accident. I personally think you will be looking at careless driving charges, the onus is on your part as the overtaking vehicle to ensure the way ahead is clear. Finally they will have breathalysed the other driver but probably at hospital, a little difficult to breath test with head injuries.
