They will base it upon the balance of probabilities as opposed to beyond all reasonable doubt for onus of proof and I believe that's how most decisions would be made anyway when it comes to dismissal. Furthermore I would notexpect an employer to register someone carelessly without some sort of evidence otherwise they will get sued. I can't see a problem, there aint no smoke without a fire as the saying goes.

Nobody has moaned about roadworkers. Never see them doing any work, just chatting while the token one may be brushing up the dust with a toothbrush and they get paid too much for doing nothing. Good luck to the tanker drivers. If I could strike over pay I would.

I know a couple of people who have / had them and they were great cars but now they are starting to notice too many faults mechanical / electrical appearing far too often. Then and again that is only two people.

It's private sector though, they can demand whatever they want and why shouldn't they have a share of the profit. Why should footballers get tens of thousands pounds per week - because they are just getting a share of the profits the club makes. If anything we should complain about what everything costs us nowadays, clearly we are paying too much for everything.
