  1. Cheers all! They didn't actually get very far with the car as it has a triple immobilizer (as well as a tracking device) Not quite sure where they wanted to take the car as the only exit from the carpark was blocked off by my fiance's car. Heard the alarm go off, casually walked over to the window thinking it was a fly that set off the microwave sensors but saw two shady characters lurking around the car. I don't think I've ever ran down my stairs (6 flights!) as quickly as I did then - I must have done 0-60 in less than a second and don't think I even bothered opening the door! Anyway, by the time I got to the car a neighbour had probably scared them away by shouting profanities from his window. Not quite sure how they tried to get into the car, possibly a "slim-jim" because I now have some scratches on the driverside window. Anyway, they [the thieving scum] are gone, my car's still there and for once an alarm system (neighbour included) did its job! Now, where did I see that flame-throwing South African jobbie?! Or shall I put 40,000 Volts on the door handles (with amps to match)... ;) Dan
  2. Bugger .... Yes, I meant RHD cars! Just got back from the continent and drove around in a LHD for a while ... sorry. Dan
  3. Hey folks! After a long absence I have found my way back to this dark corner of the web! Glad to report I'm still enjoying my Zed albeit with a few more little dents and scratches due to some thieving scum! Insurance company won't pay for a complete respray so I'll have to save my pennies from this point forth - what else is new for us Zed owners ... Just thought I'd show my face again. Cheers all! Dan
  4. Courtesy do not offer them for our LHD cars. I'm still battling it out with Nissan (issues over copyright infringement for using the Z logo and 300ZX Twin Turbo name) but do have excellent quality mats that will hopefully start being produced in the new year. If anyone is interested, let me know. Please note that these will not be of the "shag-pile" variety and available in several different base colours, various binding colours and either a metallic or material heelplate. Price yet to be confirmed but should fall in the range of £60-£90. Dan
  5. I'm working on a little project and need to find people who drive/own Nissan Skylines (R32,R33 & R34 both normal and V-spec guises). Does anyone on this forum know anyone who owns any of these vehicles? If so, could you please ask them if I may contact them regarding a project. Many thanks. Danny
