Yep obviously a cable problem.-sounds daft but you haven't got the cable stroke wrong have you?-otherwise if it worked before, the cable is kinked/trapped.

No expert mate but that will need a pull IMHO!-it will repair tho':wink:

Does the valve move by hand with the cable off?
