If worse when braking-brake discs warped,also check tie rod bushes(the big un' at the front)for cracks/splits and movement. Whilst up in the air wobble wheels to see if bearings/t/r/ends etc are o.k.

If the camber is out(and it will be!)-no it can't be adjusted without adjustable arms etc. ;)
