I have bud!-as for insurance, had some silly quotes but working on it! Lowest at the mo' is £1k fully comp-but through the mainstream. Anyhow I wouldn't dream of asking £8k!-I aint' that naive! I was thinking more £6k-so waddya reckon? :confused:

Maf should be fine mate, just need to dry of the filter(if it's wet of course) If your really unlucky it could have buggered it but I don't think so. As for the panel, open bonnet and you can see 2 10mm bolts at the top of the panel, undo these and lift out the panel! The Apexi is bolted on with 4x10mm bolts bud. The guard was an offcut of plastic that Boldy had used for his and I just sat it under the nose to cover the join on the panel then picked up 2 spare bolt-holes that were there to secure it.

Just received a Tacho interface from the states, so been fitting it only to find that no matter where I set the switches etc. The fooker wouldn't work! So I fitted the clocks I bought a while back (cheers Legrath) and it worked straight away :D -looks like I cooked mine keep trying to hook it up to the dizzy! :o Bummer now tho' as my car is showing 90k miles :wack:
