Hey Dougal! I`ve had a little play tonight and split the whole fuse box apart so each fuse and relay is seperate ,this gives us another 6 or so inches to play with, I discovered that the individual fuses sit around and inside the headlight unit, the picture below is just temporary but I will position and retape the loom in that positon and mount the fuses on a mounting board and cover with a flat plate, it seems to work ok and keeps them inside the car itself which idealy I wanted. Thanks also to Philp who popped round to help a hand :flowers:

As car.mad says, I wouldnt hesitate to pull the dent out as far as possible and then fill with filler and a quick spray, job done, I actually like that veilside bumper that you have fitted too, will be nice when all sprayed up in the same colour!!

No, not planning to mount the wiring harness back on, I was hoping it wouldnt create a weak point in the plenum? :flowers: CheerZ

Hi, Just wandering if its safe to grind these lugs from the plenum before it goes to get polished? and are there any more nastys that can be grinded off too?? Thanks for your input :thumbup1:

Hi Shrek, just a Mr observant Mikey said mate, I didnt have hicas(me and Baz were winding each other up :laugh:) and yes, power steering pot is by the brake servo HTH :thumbup1:

Ohh, It was a terrible job, blood, sweat, tears ,but eventually I got there, the car feels so different without it :alien:

Of course its worth the hassle, It will be uncluttered, unlike yours :biggrin:all the rest was easy, its just the fuse box thats hassle but you said was it was easy?? EDIT Car.Mad;;;;; you can get the fuse cover under the headlight panel and you only need to cut 2 wires to do it.

well this is what shes looking like so far, most of the crap is out of the way and been relocated, and the only problem so far is the short loom preventing me getting the box under the headlight panel :mad2:

Yeh, I`ve removed the hard plastic cover and insulation tape to expose the wires, but another leg to under the wing comes off that preventing it moving any further:huh:

Thanks for the pics and info Boldy, Daz let me know last night where you had put yours, but unfortunatley i have parked my car tight up against my garage wall and i cant get access to that inner wing,so I decided to put the box under the centre headlight panel, car.mad said it was easy, it probably is but i cant seem to budge to loom over to that side :( Yours is looking awesome bud
