Hi Peeps, been a while and ive lost track of who still does the mapping from scratch on the AEM ecu, mine is currently running and i live mapped it age ago to get the engine running and driveable got the dual widebands so i know afr is ok and i made a ign and fuel map etc , anyway whos the best at this nowadays , as theres mapping and well shit mapping lol rich

  7. yeah ive got the intercooler fitted and a tight fit but it goes in, its just the other intercooler pipe going through above the tie bar that's too tight rich
  8. anybody on here fitted these, did you have any clearance issues with washer bottle if what did you do rich
  9. assuming the bottom pict is the headlight washers I wonder if the bottom of the bottle is lower as with the extra 1/2 inch pipework the bottle is in the way by about 1/2 inch rich
  10. hi peeps does anybody know if the washer bottle is different in height or shape with the headlamp washers fitted or not reason im asking is whilst fitting the ash intercooler pipework im struggling to refit the washer bottle tank mine's a uk spec with washer jets for headlights... rich
  11. well engine nearly finished fitting just fitting the ash intercooler piping its a tight fit, struggling to fit washer bottle in above it
  12. You can do it in site piece off cake if you have heat use oxy and acetylene warm the **** up pops out no problem then make some tubing and washers to pull it back in syko

I had them fit one quite A few years ago, sounded great, as I wanted it quite as possible, so they said can only have single tip outlet if you don't want it noisy, I think I paid £650 back then they decatted it as well, the only thing I didn't like was that it was made all in 1 piece from cat back so both sides were joined together which is ok until you need to remove it. so if they make it stipulate its jointed . richard
  14. Hi I'm wanting the stock brackets for fastening the intercoolers as I've lost mine Richard
  15. still got these REAR EBC DRILLED AND GROOVED DISC they are virtually new not done any miles just been in a box for a while as I upgraded to bigger disc there is mintex pads with em as well which were new but done a few hundred miles £90 plus postage or collection
  16. right im now upgrading my set up to the ash 2 1/2 " system in February so mine is for sale open to sensibly offers richard
