Hiya, I hav a UK91 Manual TT and find the traction on her to be somewhat dodgy, ive already spun out on a roundabout a low speed (it was wet to be fair), but in general she often starts to come out at the back and feels like she would go at the slightest twitch! The tyres are faily new (came on the car) but to be fair they are budget ones, which probably doesnt help. Apart from gettin some decent tyres what can you guys recommend to improve the handling?? Cruisin on the inside lane coming up to the KFC/Mcdonalds turn off nr basildon. luvly sound....custom orange paint, looked like the ferrari bumper/light conversion at the back...quad light at front, dropped to the deck. This must have been about 3wks ago now, probably on a Sat. If you do see this tell me how you got that growl out of her!!

yeah that price is based on u payin the lot up front and the car being standard. u can pay installments but its higher....i think i could have done fully comp for round 900 for 10mths....worth getting a quote off their site mate ;)

I was on the A12 the other week and released i was going a bit over the limit so hit the brakes gently to bring it down to 70 ;) but as i was doing it i thought hold on this is struggling to slow down here! Once i got it down to 70 i took my foot off the pedal and the car started to speed up by itself hitting nearly a ton! I sh@t myself! In the end stamping on the accelerator seems to release it :S even though it didnt seem stuck. Now the pedal is a bit hard and i dont know whether it got stuck, but the other thing is the cruise control doesnt work and neva has and it was just like the button u hit to bring it back up to speed....someone told me it could be faulty cruise control that causing that even though i neva have it on. Jus wanted some advice people...gimme what u got ;) DAN :cool:

Hi Wez....apparently he can do the 2 and a fitting kit for £250 delivered. He gets them direct from Bailey he says. I did manage to find them on another site for £125 each....so they look legit. Not sure how they would run as not tried and tested....not sure what to do...may hang on for some apexi ones....if you do get some let me knw mate ;)

Hi, the car is completely standard 91 UK TT with hicas enabled. What would you recommend using to lower the car as i wanted to close the gaps in the arches...will this cause probs with hicas? Cheers, DAN :cool:

Hiya, I was looking at getting some TurboXS RFL Type H Blow Off Valves. On turboxs' site they say these are recommended for cars running at 10-25psi....mine is standard so i guess running around 9psi....do you think this would be a problem or just wouldnt be as loud? Also i see they sell adapter kits....would I need to purchase one or is this just to make the install easier? Cheers, DAN :cool:
