Someone correct me if im wrong(and i usually am!) :x: But i didnt think that it was worth fitting a Boost controller if your running standard tubs that can only take a safe boost pressure of say 12psi? :confused:

It sets the ECU into Diagnostic mode :)

Not too big then, mine was running 100's i think it was too much. If i was you id take it to someone who can check that the fueling is spot on just for peace of mind. Its a LOT cheaper than having the engine out.

Running Nitrous on stock internals could be abusing it more than you think, ive just had all my valves replaced because of it! its cost me a fortune. wot size jets are you using?

I did one last week, BITCH OF A JOB! took two of us most of the day to do, the more dials and gadgets youve got the worse it is. Basically, the whole dash has to come out. There is a way of doing it without but i think its harder if not impossible! :(

Not quite sure. The bigger injecters would make the setup safer because with Nitrous the last thing you want is to run lean as it can cut through your pistons like a blowtorch! So if your fueling is ok i dont think youd get much a "noticeable" change in power

The standard injecters on an NA are smaller than the TT. If you are thinking of upgrading for Nitrous then i think that the triple fives are too big, you should go for the TT injecters :)

I dont know about anything fancy but if the bulbs have blown in your pods they are a buggar to replace! went to my local frendly main dealer and was told that they cant get em!!? :confused:

KIN ELL! :x: Bit different than mine, youve got the type that splices to your Ecu, for the speed and Rpm measurement Ect. Its a bit more advanced than mine Sorry i cant help you :(

Hello mate, If your other wire colours are Green,Blue and White, they must be spliced to the Black with red stripe, Blue and hand brake switch Respectively.(in that order)wires under the steering column(ignition). :)

Hi guys, can anyone tell me how easy or hard is it to remove the heater matrix in a Zed? Has the whole dash gotta come out! :(
