All that happened was one of the small water pipes came off, and the water sprayed on the exhaust. The garage that replaced the pipes didnt put the proper clips back on :rolleyes:

Carrying on the txting thing, i went to a well known to our area Tyre and exhaust center a few weeks ago, to have a new exhaust fitted on my "daily driver". The kid who fitted the thing made a 20 min job last nearly an hour! He kept doing a bit(In a very slow,uninterested manor)then dissapearing round the back where the phones were, After about 25 mins of this i went to see wot he was upto, to find him txting his mates! I went and complained in the office, making a big thing of how i was late for work blah, blah.They appologised and knocked a tenner off!..... :)

Im with AOL,when i changed to broadband 512kb i really noticed the difference, but over time it seemed slower, so i upgraded to 1mb........Dos'nt seem any faster! I know it depends on the connection of who your downloading from,but i think that there are so many people on the net now its becoming very congested and we are paying more a month on faster connections just to keep our downloads to a reasonable speed :(

The Handbrake wire is meant as a safty device to stop someone driving off in your pride and joy when you walk off with it still running. Its not very effective though coz you can still drive off with your handbrake on a couple of notches :( It handy if you dont need the timer on, you can just park it without using the handbrake (auto) and the engine switches off after a short delay.

I must say, i think the Paul Bailey wide arse is the bol###ks!

Could be a restriction in the heater matrix, the heat is allowed to build up when the fan isnt blowing but wen switched on its cooling the matrix. The hot water cant flow through quick enough to keep it at the right temp, so it starts to cool. ;)

Thats the same box as mine! so its a remote bass booster :D so all ive gotta do now is get an amp to use it with :( Ill put one one me crimble list ;) Now i need to know where the wires go! :(

The blades usually squeek when the windows are clean and free from grease, because glass and rubber have an adhesive property when put together thats why you have rubber seals around ya windows! ;) If the blades arnt set right then they will drag, usually only in one direction. watch them when they are running, they should flip equally from one side (surface) of the blade to the other, if they dont, bend em i bit! The End. :D

Optimax has the highest octane rating of all our fuels(98)esso super is 97. It is advisable to run it on the best possible fuel, especially if you have a high boost setting ;) Ive heard that using octain booster can lead to burnt valves :(
