Got a parking fine on Sat and really pissed off with the private parking company, it said on the fine if i don't return the fine they can get my details from the DVLA, is this right can any company get my home address from the DVLA? these units are different for series 1 and 2, as AndyP and me swopped the display units around and they don't work

there is a unit next to the clutch peddle on the side of the aircon unit ,think it might be the aircon ecu
