I couldnt see any badges or anything on it and it was still left there after all the other cars had started, so am not sure if it actually drives or not!? Have never seen anything like it before

Went to see the start of the Gumball Rally on saturday. Loads of smart cars there (no 300zx's :cry: ) including 2 ferrari enzo's, lamborghini's, a pagani zonda, a stretched hummer and an ice cream van! Saw Jensen Button and Jodi Kidd. Got some piccys, but not as many as i would have liked as there was loads of people there! Did anyone else from here go?

How difficult are they to connect up? I already have an aftermarket boost gauge (installed by the previous owner) so i guess the new boost gauge would just connect to that. Could i have the new oil pressure and water temperature gauges working at the same time as the ones in the dash? Or do the dash ones get disconnected when the new gauges are installed?

I am thinking of putting some extra gauges in the slot below the stereo. Was gonna put water temp, oil pressure and turbo boost after reading all the posts regarding the inaccuracy of the standard gauges. I have found the centre console gauge fascia from the zcentre, but can anyone suggest what sort/make of gauges to go for? :confused:

no, cant hear anything going on in the passenger door. It will lock manually with the key (in the passenger door)

Hi guys, have a problem with my central locking and wondered if anyone could help please? When i activate/deactivate the alarm, the drivers door locks/unlocks ok, but the passenger door does nothing. If i operate the drivers door lock with the key, still the passenger door does nothing. The interior light is still working ok, so am i right in saying that the fuse for the central locking should be ok? They are on the same fuse yes? Does it sound like the locking motor in the passenger door has packed up? :headvswal

You want battery type 096 for JAP and 069 for UK

The lights do not dim, they stay at full brightness, turn the key and it just clicks, then the alarm goes off! When jump starting the car, when i connect the jump leads the other cars engine revs drop quite considerably, indicating to me that it is putting a big load on the other car. Would you agree?

I am seriously thinking about getting one of these with the gauges as have heard the standard ones arn't up to much. How much would i be looking at for the pillar plus gauges roughly?

Hi guys, have done a bit of a search on the site already and have a few ideas, but was wondering if anyone could help with my problem. Picked up my zx TT manual yesterday, had it imported through a company called NEWERA imports and they use a company near folkestone called MOTORMALL to do the usual UK conversions and stuff. Car was fine when i picked it up and drove brilliantly back to london, apart from the HICAS light being on for a while (from what i have read i guess i just need to check the PS fluid) and got home ok. Went to start the car this morning and just a click. Checked the voltage across the battery terminals and was reading 13.8V. Jump started the car later and started ok. Took her out for a run and all fine (HICAS light on again), then stalled the car and same thing, went to start it and just a click so jumped again and started no problem. Checked the voltage across the battery with the engine running on tick over and voltage was 19V. Is it just a duff battery or is it something else? :headvswal PS Hope to come to one of the meets soon as would like to meet the guys on here, you all sound like a good laugh as well as a wealth of information! :D
